Summary: Good clean, quiet stay. Just the reception is not marked with any signage, so when you arrive it makes it hard to know where to go.

Summary: Great location for relaxing. It’s really quiet and allows you to appreciate all the surrounding nature. Fairly close to a lot of beaches, so it was very ideal for our summer trip.

Summary: An unusual stay, but difficult to put your finger on why ! Very remote and difficulty with communication with staff. Overall the accommodation was reasonable, just not welcoming.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Nice modern and well furnished property. Quiet location and long beach 5min drive away. Only thing was need to bring own linen as only bottom sheet and duvet provided and wasn’t stipulated on website. Comfy beds. Would stay here again.

Summary: This is an interesting spur of the moment stay. Whilst it was 'off the beaten track' (its not) between the two Auckland beach suburbs, it was easy to find. Staff show'n'tell: 10/10. The Studio room was spacious, very modern and clean 10/10. Two firm beds (10/10). Aircon (10/10). A large shower. TV in room (9/10). Free parking onsite (10/10). Outside entertaining area available to sit and get eaten by the mosquitos :). Lovely place. I'd stay again.

Summary: This is an interesting place, something in between manor and lodge, with guests sharing a communal living area, kitchen and backyard. Rooms were clean. Check in was straightforward. The area was very quiet and relaxing.

Summary: We really loved Alpaca Manor and will stay again for sure. Friendly phone conversations, easy check in and lovely room with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom. The facilities look amazing, its convenient to local shops snd motorway and was quiet ... a real getaway. Highly recommend.
